Place dough ball on a flat surface and roll he ball until it rolled into 6 inch round. Cut the round in half. Join two straight end and make a funnel shape. Place the funnel between your fingers and palm. Fill the funnel with potatoe filling. Close the ends by wetting with water and pressing gently. Place ready samosas on a parchment paper on a flat tray and put them in the freezer until they become hard. Now transfer them in freezer bag. Thaw and fry when you are ready to eat.
